Before Returning an Item
Please contact us with:
- Order number
- Product name or model
- Reason for the return
- Photos or supporting information when applicable
Do not ship an item back without receiving return instructions from Prime Welding Supply.
New Equipment
Returns of new equipment are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s policies and Prime Welding Supply’s return requirements. Certain products may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping charges, or manufacturer-specific restrictions.
Used Equipment
Used and pre-owned welding machines may have individual return conditions based on the product, condition, age, configuration, and sales agreement.

Non-Returnable or Restricted Items
